Both the night desk clerk and the morning staff was amazing. We made a mistake and somehow accidentally booked a smoking room. The night staff was able to switch us to a non-smoking room with no problems. Breakfast area had plenty of choices and was nice and clean. Rooms were clean and the a/c cooled well once turned on. Would stay here again.
Seems nice. Lots of noise from the highway carries over. Since all rooms face that way, you won’t avoid it. It’s not right on the road, so it’s not terrible, but highway noise is highway noise. Super nice at reception, good location otherwise. Great value with a pet. Update: stayed here again on my way back across the country. Again, it’s a decent value hotel, but there are some things to consider. Lots more “action” this time around. People grilling, drinking, and being loud right outside their rooms, which meant it was right outside all the rooms. It was pretty distracting all night. Someone set the alarm next door and left so it was going off from 5:30a until I left about 7. Walls are pretty thin so you could hear full normal conversations. Again, I’d probably stay here again, because it’s a good price, and I felt safe all night. If you are a light sleeper though might want to stay elsewhere though.
Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Hotel is an outside hotel. My room was super clean. They gave me fresh towels and cleaned the room while i was exploring. I would stay again. I felt safe.
Arrived at 7pm in the rain. Starving. Didnt want to get back out so hit the vending machine that didn't work. The front desk clerk offered fruit from the kitchen but not help with the machine. The towels have declined in quality and quantity. Breakfast was pretty dang good. This is may be our 3rd or 4th stay.
Very clean rooms, front desk staff was very nice. It's right off the highway, but we couldn't hear any of the noise as the hotel sits back from the service road. Cold a/c with comfortable beds. We will definitely return
When i travel Best Western is the only Hotel I stay at staff very friendly the am breakfast is a wide selection of foods, & how conventional a ford dealer next was able to get a oil change the next morning ,grocery store in walking distance of BEST WESTERN MOTEL GREAT PLASE TO TAKE A BREAK JERRY DEBLASIO
